Gua Sha Facial

Not just a trend on social media, Gua Sha has been around for thousands of years as an ancient practice in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Gua Sha is used to allow qi to move freely throughout the body. Your TCMD will prep the skin with a good quality oil and use a gua sha tool made of stone and begin scraping along the skin. This will help soothe muscle tension, stimulate lymphatic drainage and encourage blood flow. Get your glow on with the beautiful treatment.

Looking for a natural alternative to Botox, then facial acupuncture may be for you. This treatment will stimulate collagen bringing that beautiful glow to the skin. Thin needles are placed onto specific points in the face to relax the facial muscles, ease tension, treat acne, redness and reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. Points on the body are also targeted to ensure that any underlying facial issues are addressed. This facial ends with a relaxing Gua Sha treatment, used to improve circulation and lymphatic drainage.

Auriculotherapy/Ear seeds is a beautiful add-on, literally; seeing as this ‘take-home’ treatment incorporates Swarovski-like crystals. Your ears are a microsystem of the body and these ear seeds are used to help you continue your treatment at home to assist in healing headaches/migraines, back pain, stress, and anxiety. Your TCMD will show you how to use them at home post treatment.

Cups are strategically placed on areas of the body that are in need of relief. Facial cupping is used to relieve tension in the jaw, for anti-aging purposes and lymphatic drainage.
