What You’ll Do

• Greet guests in a friendly, personable manner and check them in as they arrive.

• Book appointments accordingly for therapists, via phone or online.

• Part-Time Position to start but may transition to a Full-Time position in the future.

• Check out guests in a swift manner, making the experience a memorable one for all.

• Cleaning is a must.

• Must have experience using a booking software in a clinic/spa setting.

• Merchandising, cleaning and ensuring that the space is in tip-top shape for our guests and therapists.

• Unbelievable multi-tasking skills.

• Must be available to work evenings and weekends.

What You'll Bring

• Profiency in a Mac environment, POS systems and booking software.

• Bonus if you already know the Jane Software system.

• Extra points if you have experience with direct billing.

• You enjoy communicating with diferrent personalities.
