Jordan is currently completing her 2200-hour massage therapy program with us and is set to graduate this month. She pursued massage therapy because she believes it is a beautiful expression of holistic, human-to-human healing. She appreciates that massage is a natural practice that can relieve pain, reduce stress, and support both emotional and physical well-being—all while helping people reconnect with their bodies.
Her approach creates a safe and welcoming environment where relaxation and healing come naturally. Jordan strives to hold space for every guest to leave feeling grounded, balanced, and restored. Deep tissue massage is her favourite treatment to both give and receive, as it allows for deep tension release and therapeutic renewal.
Jordan views massage as an essential part of self-care—an opportunity to restore balance in the body and mind, release built-up tension, and reconnect with oneself. Outside of massage, she finds the same sense of mindfulness and grounding through yoga, a practice that reminds her to rely on breath and inner strength to create balance.
Her love for massage comes from seeing it as both an art form and a healing practice—a meaningful way to care for others. When she’s not in the treatment room, Jordan enjoys coffee, practicing yoga, and reminiscing on her most memorable adventure—traveling through Peru, visiting Machu Picchu, and hiking along the Amazon River.
