Nicaise (Nicky) is a Registered Massage Therapist whose approach is rooted in thoughtful, results-driven care. With a background in nursing, she brings a strong clinical foundation to her treatments, blending intuition with a deep understanding of the body to support both recovery and overall well-being.

Her treatments are intentional and tailored, designed to address tension, reduce pain, and improve mobility while still allowing space for the body to unwind. Nicaise has a particular focus on therapeutic massage, where she integrates targeted techniques with slower, restorative work to create treatments that feel both effective and deeply grounding.

She also has a special interest in pre- and post-natal care, and deeply enjoys supporting moms-to-be and new mothers through the physical changes of pregnancy and postpartum, holding space for rest, relief, and connection during such a transformative time.

Modalities & Treatments Offered:

  • Swedish Massage

  • Therapeutic Massage

  • Myofascial Release

  • Pre- & Post-Natal Massage

Whether working with chronic tension, postural strain, or general fatigue, her goal is to create lasting change in the body, not just temporary relief.

Guests can expect a calm, supportive experience that is both professional and personalized. Nicaise takes the time to listen and assess, ensuring each treatment is aligned with how the body is presenting that day.

She believes that consistent care is key to long-term wellness, and encourages a balanced approach that includes movement, rest, and regular treatment. Outside of the treatment room, she prioritizes staying active, walking, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, values that naturally carry into the way she supports her clients.

Grounded, attentive, and continuously evolving in her practice, Nicaise is dedicated to helping each guest feel more at ease, more mobile, and more connected to their body.
