Registered Massage Therapist

Deep Tissue . Cupping . Prenatal . Hot Stone . Lymphatic

With a 3,000-hour Advanced Massage Therapy Diploma from MaKami College and certification as a yoga teacher, Isabel brings a well-rounded, holistic approach to massage therapy. She combines her knowledge of anatomy, movement, and therapeutic techniques to create personalized treatments that support each client's unique goals.

Drawing from her yoga background, Isabel often incorporates guided stretching and mobility techniques into her sessions to enhance movement, improve body awareness, and support the body's natural healing processes. Having experience working in construction, office, and on-site environments, she understands how daily activities, repetitive movements, and postural habits can impact the body.

Passionate about human anatomy, Isabel focuses on identifying the root causes of pain and dysfunction while viewing the body as an interconnected system. Through active listening and open communication, she tailors each treatment to address individual concerns and support long-term relief, recovery, and balance.

She feels a special connection to Lake Pátzcuaro in Michoacán, Mexico, where the vibrant Day of the Dead celebrations reflect the belief that “life and death unite, and we can talk to our loved ones who are no longer with us.”

Curious about health, wellness, and the body's natural balance, Isabel continues to explore ways that everyday habits can support overall well-being. Friendly and approachable, she is passionate about helping clients feel more connected, balanced, and at ease—both inside and out.
