Julia Krop
Registered Massage Therapist
Therapeutic . Relaxation . Myofascial Release . TMJD
Julia’s path to massage therapy began with her own healing journey after a bicycle accident in 2021, which left her with a head fracture and TMJ issues. Exploring holistic recovery opened her eyes to how the body holds not only physical pain but emotional trauma as well. This insight led to her deep passion for massage as a tool for releasing tension, reconnecting with the body, and fostering inner healing.
Julia’s approach is warm, intuitive, and tailored to each individual. She believes true healing starts with listening to the body and building a relationship rooted in presence and self-trust. Dedicated to supporting others on their wellness journeys, Julia offers compassionate care in a safe and grounding space.

Outside of her practice, she enjoys yoga, meditation, nature walks, and dancing as ways to stay grounded and release energy. She’s also an avid reader of self-help, spiritual, and science-based books—recently enjoying, `Accessing the Healing Power of the Vagus Nerve’ by Stanley Rosenberg.
Originally from Poland, Julia moved to Canada with her mother at age 10. She loves to travel and feels most inspired in places like Thailand—where her love for massage began—and Mexico, drawn to its vibrant culture and (of course) its tacos.
Julia is excited to meet you and support your healing process with care, intention, and heart.
