Karleen has a Diploma in Makeup Artistry and graduated from Artists Within Makeup Academy in 2019, launching her career as a professional makeup artist. After six years in the industry, she retired from makeup artistry in 2025 to pursue her deeper passion for helping people.

With over 9+ years of customer service experience, Karleen brings creativity, energy, and exceptional people skills to her role at La Palma Spa. She assists with front desk operations, supports practitioners and contributes to marketing initiatives with exceptional attention to detail. Embracing her ADHD as a source of creative energy, Karleen infuses every task with innovation and enthusiasm to help the spa run smoothly.

Outside of work, Karleen enjoys caring for dogs, spending quality time with loved ones, taking hot yoga classes and listening to music. She is absolutely obsessed with movies and TV shows, that she swears she has seen every single one!
