Karleen has a Diploma in Makeup Artistry and graduated from Artists Within Makeup Academy in 2019, launching her career as a professional makeup artist. After six years in the industry, she retired from makeup artistry in 2025 to pursue her deeper passion for helping people.

With 9 years of customer service experience, Karleen continues to bring her creativity and people skills into her current role at La Palma Spa. She assists with marketing and supports the front desk team, using her eye for detail and vibrant energy daily. Karleen also embraces her ADHD as a creative superpower.

Outside of work, Karleen enjoys dog sitting, spending time with loved ones, watching movies, and listening to music.
