Lana is a Registered Massage Therapist with nine years of experience and a Manual Osteopathic Therapist with six years of experience. She is passionate about helping clients uncover the root cause of pain and dysfunction through a whole-body approach that considers the interconnected relationship between anatomy, biomechanics, posture, and neurological function.

Known for her analytical mindset and problem-solving approach, Lana enjoys working with complex cases and creating treatment plans that support long-term results. She believes pain is often the culmination of dysfunction that has developed over time and that lasting change comes from addressing the body as an integrated system rather than focusing solely on symptoms.

When she is not in the clinic, Lana enjoys movement, dance, and Functional Patterns training. She shares her home with a very handsome (and very spoiled) orange cat who keeps life entertaining.
