With more than 30 years of experience in massage therapy, Michelle Perisiol brings a thoughtful, intuitive and personalized approach to every treatment. Originally educated in Toronto, she graduated from Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy in 1994 and York University in 2001. Michelle moved to Calgary with her family in 2001 and has been part of the Calgary community ever since.
Michelle believes every body is different and takes the time to tailor each treatment to her client’s individual needs. Her approach may incorporate massage techniques, essential oils, ear seeding, Thai massage and reflexology, with dedicated attention to the feet included in every treatment. Depending on the client’s needs, she may also incorporate gua sha, hot stones, acupressure and Lomi Lomi techniques to help ease tension, encourage relaxation and support overall well-being.

For Michelle, massage is about more than simply addressing areas of tension. Her goal is to create a therapeutic and restorative experience where clients can slow down, reconnect with their bodies and leave feeling relaxed, cared for and renewed.
Outside of the treatment room, Michelle enjoys hiking, cycling and yoga. She has also been actively involved in her community through coaching baseball with Calgary West Little League, including being part of a team that achieved a Provincial Championship in 2009. In her downtime, she enjoys getting lost in the pages of John Grisham and Stephen King novels.
Michelle is passionate about lifelong learning and continues to expand her knowledge and therapeutic skills. She plans to further her education in Manual Osteopathy, with the long-term goal of pursuing Doctor of Osteopathy studies.
