Mika Toggweiler
Registered Massage Therapist
Deep Tissue . Prenatal . Therapeutic . Myofascial Release
Mika is a graduate of the 2,200-hour Massage Therapy program at Mount Royal University. Inspired by her passion for healthcare and meaningful human connection, she is dedicated to helping clients feel their best through therapeutic, personalized care. Her goal is to create a welcoming environment where clients can address musculoskeletal concerns while leaving each treatment feeling relaxed, restored, and rejuvenated.
Known for her smooth and intentional treatment style, Mika blends therapeutic techniques with deep relaxation to create effective, results-driven sessions. She frequently incorporates myofascial release into her treatments to improve mobility, reduce tension, and create longer-lasting results by addressing fascial restrictions before deeper muscular work.
Mika believes that long-term wellness begins with listening to the body and addressing concerns before they become larger issues. She encourages clients to prioritize movement, self-care, and regular massage therapy to support both physical health and nervous system regulation, helping them feel balanced, resilient, and at ease.
